Miguel Taveres
Michael has over 8 years of technical recruiting experience focusing on software engineering roles across Europe. He was previously head of recruiting at ABC Technologies, where he was responsible for building and managing a high-performance team of recruiters who achieved numerous successes in placing top talent within leading firms. He holds an MSc in Computer Science from University College London.

Dominic Wells
Dominic is a seasoned recruiter with over 10 years of experience working on both executive search assignments and contract roles for national and international companies throughout Europe and beyond. He has worked with some of the world's leading technology firms, including Amazon, Microsoft, Apple, Google, Salesforce and Uber, to identify top talent for important positions within these organisations. Dominic holds an MBA from INSEAD business school as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lancaster University.
